The South East Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) plans, manages, and funds the health care system at the local and regional level.

The U-Links Centre for Community-Based Research delivers the Community-Based Education Program in Haliburton County, bringing the resources of the university to the community and the resources of the community to the university. U-Links is a project of the Haliburton County Community Co-operative and is supported by Trent University and the Township of Minden Hills. U-Links works in co-operation with our program delivery partner in Peterborough County, the Trent Centre for Community-Based Education (TCCBE).
